Moving out
Seven days before moving out, a person is obliged to place a written resignation from the spot – only in this case one will pay a reduced fee (only for used days, without resignation – one will pay for a full new month).
On the day of moving out one needs to bring to administration all borrowed items, a full set of bedding, resident card, a statement from roommates – print available at the reception, and a bank account number which will be used to return the security deposit.
Rooms
High standard:
- S-I and S-II two rooms (for two persons) with bathrooms, shared kitchens 650 zł/spot
- S-IV composition: two rooms with bathrooms, shared kitchen 650 PLN/spot
- S-V composition: three rooms, shared kitchen and two bathrooms 550 PLN/double room, 700 PLN/single room
- S-VI single room with bathroom and kitchenette 1000 PLN/spot
Regular standard:
- Double rooms 420 PLN/spot
- Triple rooms 400 PLN/spot
Additional information:
- Kitchens and bathrooms in a regular standard are shared and are located in each wing of the corridor,
- Laundry room available on each floor,
- Drying room available in the lower level
- Iron, ironing board, vacuum can be borrowed at the reception,
- Each room has free internet access (outlet) and wi-fi on the ground floor.
